Cancellation Policy

PATCH TEST - must be booked a minimum of 48 hours before your treatment. Please ensure you have made your appointment for this, or your service may be refused on the day with a 50% charge applied. BOOKING POLICY - when booking your appointment, you automatically agree to our booking policy. This includes cancelling or rescheduling any appointments. All appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment start time will incur a 50% charge of the original service cost. if you fail to attend an appointment (no show), you will be charged 100% of the original service cost.
